Fixing laptops is completely different to standard desktop computers. The main reason for this is that all parts are attached to the motherboard, and they also have custom equipment which differs substancially between brands, makes and models. This can limit some of the jobs that we are able to do, however we can generally give advice over the phone as to what we can be done to fix your computer, and we if can not help, we can usually recommend someone who can.
