• We arrange a time for one of our technicians to come out and see you
• We sit down with you and provide one on one tutoring and advice
• We make sure all of your devices are set up and configured correctly
• We allow you to take notes of anything you wish to during our time
• We help write up instructions on how to perform tasks if required
• After you are happy with the session, we take payment our time onsite.
